| Resumo: | Clinical, biological and pathological study of seven negro male patients suffering from lepromatous with gynecomastia. On biopsy microscopic sections of the tests has been shown an important interstitial edema suggesting lymphatic stasis. Spermatic lymphographies show in every case a clogging which can be considered as an additional factor of testicular disorder..(AU).
