| | Abstract: | The presence of subepithelial humps seen in the glomeruli on electron microscopy in a case of lepromatous leprosy with erythema nodosum leprosum is described. Negative cultures and normal antibody titers for streptococci suggest a nonstreptococcal etiology for this finding. Futher studies in this immune complex nephritis are required, to establish its relationship to lepromatous leprosy.(AU).
