| | Abstract: | Sao comentados alguns aspectos relativos a reaçao de Rubino, visando tanto uma melhor identificaçao dos elementos envolvidos como despertar o interesse dos pesquisadores para esta prova. Os seguintes aspectos sao discutidos: 1) influencia da temperatura sobre os elementos da reaçao; 2) correlaçao entre a reaçao de Rubino e: a) alteraçao humorais observadas na hanseniase, b) imunidade mediata por celulas; 3) variaçoes na reatividade sorologica; 4) valor prognostico e crerio de cura.(AU).
