Abstract:
Thirty three leprosy patients in reaction were treated with a combination of Metronidazole-Dehyl carbamazine citrate - Chloroquin which was reinforced either with prednisolone and or Clofazimine in some, depending on the clinical state. The results were quite encouraging as to encountering leprosy patients i recation early during the maiden spell - at no time in any case was dapsone with drawn.(AU).
